Delivery
How delivery works:

When your order is
processed, we schedule a
delivery date & time* and
email you the details (for
store purchases, we’ll
schedule this with you at
the time of purchase).

To change a delivery, simply
call us at the store where
you bought the item.
NOTE: Please allow
extra time for delivery during
busy periods as delivery slots
fill quickly. We also require
delivery of product in a
reasonable timeframe after you
have completed you purchase.
*Most locations receive a
scheduled delivery: where we
cannot schedule a delivery, our
carrier will call you to set up
a convenient date & time with
you direct.

Return
Policy:
All our
sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges
are allowed if the product is returned
in the original package un-used.
Shipping and handling fees as well as
return shipping charges are not
refundable unless otherwise stated
elsewhere in page.
